Mindfulness Activities


Through short but regular mindfulness activities, students develop their awareness and ability to focus. Mindfulness activities support learners' Emotion regulation and Self-regulation, in turn increasing kindness, improving Sleep quality, and even improving academic performance.

Use It in the Classroom
