Physical Fitness is dependent on several important aspects including proper nutrition, regular exercise, and an adequate amount of Sleep.

Cognitive and motor skills typically improve after participation in physical activities, which have been shown to be particularly beneficial for students with ADHD who may have difficulties in these areas.. The Centers for Disease Control recommend that children ages six and up engage in physical activity for at least 60 minutes each day; however, less than one quarter of children 6 to 19 years old meet this criteria.
